1. How long with the drying take?
Generally, drying takes about three days. However, depending on the type of material, the extent of the wetness, and the size of the loss, it can take longer.
2. Can I turn off the drying equipment
Turning off the equipment will only prolong the drying process.
3. Are there chemicals involved in the drying process?
We use an antimicrobial to kill any mold, mildew, or bacteria that may have been caused by the water intrusion.
4. Is the anti-microbial toxic to pets and children?
The anti-microbial is not toxic to humans or animals. We do recommend that you remain out of the affected area for about an hour until the anti-microbial is dry.
5. Am I going to have a mold problem?
As long as the loss has been properly taken care of within 48 hours of water intrusion, mold is not an issue.
